Stationary grinding and lapping machines for the repair of sealing surfaces in gate valves, globe valves, safety valves, check valves, gate wedges, etc.
Grinding and lapping machine for use in the workshop for repairing sealing surfaces in gate valves, valves, safety valves, non-return valves, gate valve wedges, etc.
These machines are characterized in particular by their stable and robust design as well as a compact and modular machine concept. A second rotary or tilting table can be retrofitted at any time.
The lapping equipment is included as standard in the SM series machines.
Advantages
Stable and robust design
Various machine configurations can be selected according to customer requirements
Efficient working due to swivelling and clampable column
Swivelling control unit
Optionally available with rotary tables and/or tilting tables (SM-550)
Optionally available as centric or eccentric version (SM-750)
SM-550
Tilt table: Size: 550 mm x 550 mm (21.7" x 21.7") Tilt angle: ± 12° Max. Fitting size: Ø 900 mm (36") Max. Fitting height: 800 mm (32") Max. weight of the armature: 450 kg
Turntable: Size: Ø 550 mm (21.7") Adjustment travel*: 0 mm-20 mm (0"-0.78") Max. Valve size: Ø 900 mm (36") Max. Max. fitting height: Ø 830 mm (33") Max. weight: 450 kg
Drive: electric (230/120V, 50/60 Hz)
*By moving the turntable and superimposing the rotary movements (work spindle to turntable), an optimum sealing surface is created for safety valves.
SM-750
Work spindle: optionally centric or eccentric
Eccentricity: 0 mm-20 mm (0"-0.78")
Tilt table: 750 mm x 750 mm (29.5" x 29.5")
Angle of inclination: ± 12°.
Max. Valve size: Ø 950 mm (38")
Max. fitting height: 1000 mm (40")
Max. weight of fittings: 2500 kg
Drive: electric (380–480 V, 50/60 Hz)
The machine spindle of the SM-750 is equipped with an adjustable eccentric, which allows the machining of safety valves. Eccentric and grinding movement are driven separately. The SM-750 is available with either 1 or 2 tilting tables.
