Stationary ball lapping machine for finishing balls
The ROTAGO is used for finishing the ball of a ball valve. The ball and the metallic seal seats are lapped towards each other to create an exact surface shape between the workpieces.
Advantages
Manual or automatic lapping
Simultaneous lapping of the ball and both sealing seats
Integrated dosing device for lapping oil
Ergonomically adjustable control panel
Infinitely variable pressure for pneumatic pressing, for contact between valve seat and ball
Finished programs for the machining ranges from DN 32 to 200
Machining parameters for all machining areas selectable and adjustable
Localised language in the operating controls
