Due to the flat design and clamping inside the bore, the flange facers of the TDFI series are particularly suitable for use in tight spaces on site. For example, when replacing flange fittings in a pipeline, the sealing surfaces of the flanges at the opposite pipe ends can be machined with these machines.
Portable CNC lathes for machining flanges (TDF CNC)
The TDF CNC combines the versatile possibilities of a CNC lathe with the advantages of EFCO's external clamping flange lathes.
With its low overall height and large axial stroke, it is optimized for machining flanges even in tight spaces. Due to its robust design, it is very well suited for axial grooving.
Portable CNC lathes for sealing surfaces and bores (TD CNC)
The machines of the TD NC series have a large axial stroke and a large working depth. This makes them particularly suitable for machining bores and hard-to-reach sealing surfaces in valves.
The CNC control enables the machining of complex contours at large immersion depths. The working depth of the machine can be increased beyond the specified working depths using optionally available accessories.
