It is often difficult or even impossible to dismantle flanges, heat exchangers, boilers, weld-in fittings, etc. for reworking in the workshop. Portable lathes for cutting out welded seat rings in valves (ASM)

The ASM is a portable turning machine for cutting out welded seat rings in valves. It is ideal for use on site and in the workshop and is suitable for valve servicing as well as for use in nuclear power plants, conventional power plants, the chemical and petrochemical industries, in steel construction in shipyards and oil fields.

This mobile lathe for large components offers precise flange machining and supports the maintenance of industrial plants. Portable lathes with internal clamping for machining flanges (TDFI)

The transportable, internally clamping flange turning machines are designed as portable turning machines for valve machining.

Thanks to their flat design and clamping inside the bore, the machines in the TDFI series are suitable for tight spaces on site. This means that sealing surfaces on pipe ends can be precisely machined with these portable lathes.

The TDF CNC combines the versatile possibilities of a CNC lathe with the advantages of external clamping flange lathes and can also be used as a portable lathe for large components.

Thanks to its low overall height and large axial stroke, it is optimized for machining flanges even in confined spaces. Its robust design makes it ideal for axial grooving and machining grooves, achieving precise results in the hundredths of a millimeter range in accordance with CE and ISO 9001 requirements.

The machines in the TD CNC series have a large axial stroke and a large working depth. This makes them particularly suitable for machining bores and hard-to-reach sealing surfaces in fittings, even for applications such as a turning aid for taps.

The CNC control enables the machining of complex contours at great depths. The working depth of the machine can be extended using optional accessories and achieves precise machining accuracies in the hundredths of a millimeter range in accordance with CE and ISO 9001 specifications.
