Lapping equipment
Compared to grinding, lapping can be used to achieve even finer removal rates.
Digital rocker
The rocker with digital display makes it easy to check the response pressure when grinding or lapping.
Strap for clamping on unflanged valves
Allows the SL to be securely and reliably mounted to flangeless valves using a strap.
Grinding discs, planetary arms and consumables
Depending on requirements, the standard scope of delivery can be extended or customised to include polished grinding discs, planetary arms and suitable grinding rings. This also applies to CBN-coated high-performance grinding spindles (EFCO-GSS).
Planetary discs with 3° forward tilt
Enables the machining of chamfers on sealing surfaces.
Clamping device for wedges
Enables the wedges of sliders to be conveniently fixed for processing with the SL.
VB-device for valve machining
This special machine arm enables valves to be processed with the SL.
Swing check adapter (non-return valve adapter)
Morse taper tool socket adapter
Enables the SL grinding and lapping tools to be used on stationary drills with Morse taper tool holders.
